What this covers
This policy explains what Clearmatic collects from visitors to this website, what happens to the details you send us through its forms, and how long we keep them. It applies to clearmatic.ai. The handling of information inside a client engagement is covered separately in the proposal and agreement for that engagement.
Information we collect
We collect only what you give us. Through the Contact form and the Book a Call form, that is:
- Your name, work email address, and company
- What you would like to automate, in your own words
- The budget range you select
We also keep records of correspondence between us. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell data to anyone.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in our content system, hosted by Sanity, so we can review them, and a copy is emailed to us through Resend. If you book a discovery call, the scheduling step is handled by Cal.com, which collects the time you choose and the details needed to send a calendar invitation under its own privacy terms. The website itself is hosted on Vercel.
These providers process your details only to deliver the service described here. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How we use it
We use the details you send to reply to you, to decide whether a discovery call makes sense, and to prepare for that call. The budget range only helps us recommend a suitable scope; it is not used to reject anyone automatically.
Retention
Inquiry details are kept while we are in contact about your request, and deleted on request at any time. If an engagement follows, the details are kept as part of that engagement’s records.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@clearmatic.ai and we will respond within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be noted here.
