The agreement

These terms cover use of this website and the agent modules Clearmatic installs and manages. The commercial specifics for any install, meaning price, scope, metric and guarantee threshold, live in the written order that follows your scoping call, and that order takes precedence over anything general said here.

What we provide

We configure, install, monitor and maintain the agent modules described in your order, on the systems you nominate. Each module reports on the metric agreed before install, on a dashboard you have access to for as long as the module runs.

What you provide

• Access to the systems the module needs, at the permission level agreed
• A point of contact who can answer process questions during install
• Accurate information about your ICP, process and volumes

Pricing and payment

Modules are billed at a flat monthly rate, fixed at the price quoted in your order. Quarterly payment waives the one-time install fee; monthly payment does not. The rate does not change while the scope stays the same. If the scope changes, we agree the new price in writing before anything moves.

Cancellation

There is no long-term contract. You can cancel any month, and the agent stops at the end of that billing period. Work already written into your systems, including records, enrichment and activity history, remains yours.

The performance guarantee

Each module carries a guarantee tied to its own metric, with the threshold and review window written into your order. If the metric does not clear the threshold within that window, the remedy set out in your order applies. The guarantee assumes we have the access and information agreed above.

Liability

We are responsible for running the modules with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
